At Boody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your eco-friendly garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
